{Book Review} Summit Lake by Charlie Donlea

I would like to thank NetGalley and Charlie Donlea for the ARC!

Summit Lake is about a girl named Becca who is a college student. The story is set between the past and the present. The story interchanges as the plot thickens, making for a great read. The author leads the reader to believe that there are three men suspected of killing Becca. The whole murder case is covered up by her parents, but their is a young reporter from a prominent magazine named Kelsey Castle. She travels to Summit Lake from Florida to uncover the truth behind Becca’s murder. What she finds in Summit Lake parallels what she had gone through some years earlier, which makes her want to solve the case even more. This book will have you on the edge of your seat reading late into the night. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good suspense/mystery book. This book will make you think about the relationships you have made throughout your life.

5/5 stars!
