{Book Review} Life After the Undead by Pembroke Sinclair

I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. The book was great! Pembroke Sinclair does not leave the reader disappointed, and there are no slow points in the narrative. The book centers around Krista, a 17-year-old girl who is trying to survive a zombie apocalypse. The story starts out in Oregon with the outbreak, then she travels to Orlando, Florida looking for refuge. What she finds is far more than what she bargained for. Her parents are dead by now, and Krista runs into her second cousin who just so happens to be insane. This is a story about survival, no matter what it takes. This story is about zombies vs. humans and humans vs. humans. The story ends on a high note! I am pumped up about the sequel to this book! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in post-apocalyptic, young adult/teen books!

4/5 stars!
